We are passionate about farming. For many years, we raised thoroughbreds and Irish sport horses for competition or pleasure riding.

Now we focus on raising quality sheep on our Kutztown, PA, farm. With a background in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, we believe in raising sheep right, taking care of our animals and the land.

We pasture graze our animals and work to decrease our environmental footprint while producing a high-quality, flavorful product.

We also believe in keeping things personal by partnering with local restaurants and butchers and selling directly to many customers. We do not sell to feed lots, stockyards or livestock auctions. The stress put on the sheep during livestock auctions affects every aspect of the animal. Our goal is to reduce stress for the sheep, which in turn produces higher-quality lamb.
